Excellence through Focus - Kejin Corporate Culture Sharing Conference

　　In order to further strengthen the party building work of enterprises, improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness of grassroots party organizations, on December 8th, the branch of the Communist Party of China Nanjing Austech Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held an election meeting for the branch committee. The main task of this meeting is to elect a new party branch committee, with a total of 9 party members participating in the meeting.

　　This meeting will strictly follow the election procedures of the Party's grassroots organizations. First of all, we deliberated, adopted and read out the Election Method for the Branch Committee of the CPC Nanjing Aositai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (draft), and passed the list of scrutineers and tellers. The whole election process was fair, fair and transparent.

　　The candidates for the new Party branch committee members are recommended by the branch members. In the candidate introduction section, the host introduced the candidate's personal background and work experience one by one, which gave everyone a full understanding of the candidate and made it easier for everyone to make choices.

　　Next, an election was held. At the meeting, a new branch committee was elected through anonymous voting, which was fair, just, and open. They will lead all party members to actively participate in the company's party building work and play a pioneering and exemplary role in the enterprise.

The new Party branch committee will continue to carry forward the fine traditions of the Party, unite and lead the majority of Party members and the masses to contribute to the development of the company.
